Refund and Return Policy
At ProxNums, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below, we outline our policies and procedures for refunds and returns:
Deposit Policy
Once a customer makes a deposit with ProxNums, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We only provide refunds to our users' accounts with us. Users can utilize their refunds to purchase any of our services available on our platform. Refunded amounts will be credited to the user's account balance and can be used for future purchases.
Virtual Number Purchase
In the event that a user purchases a virtual number and does not receive an OTP (One-Time Password) code within 21 minutes, the charged amount will be automatically refunded to the user's account balance. This refund allows customers the flexibility to purchase a different number or utilize it on our other services.
Our virtual numbers are non-VoIP and are guaranteed to verify the designated service. However, if a number fails to verify the service, we will automatically refund the charged amount within 21 minutes. This ensures that our customers receive the value they expect from our services.
Data Center Proxies Purchase
Data center proxies include IPV4, IPV4 shared, and IPV6 proxies. We do not offer refunds for data center proxies. However, customers have the option to exchange between the two proxy types, providing flexibility and choice within our service offerings.
Residential Proxies Refund Policy
We understand that evaluating our residential proxies is essential for our customers. To receive a refund on residential proxies, the following conditions must be met:
- Usage Limit: You should not have used more than 300MB of the package. This limit ensures our refund policy is not misused, and 300MB should be sufficient to determine the effectiveness of our residential proxies.
- Refund Amount: If you meet the criteria, we shall offer a full refund less the amount equivalent to the traffic you have already used. The refunded amount will be credited to your account balance and can be used to purchase other services offered by ProxNums.
- Crypto Payments: No refunds will be issued for orders made using cryptocurrency payment methods.
- Processing Time: If you meet the criteria, the refund shall be processed immediately upon receiving the request and will be completed within 1 business day.
Refund Request Procedure
Customers may request a refund within 48 hours (approximately 2 days) of purchase by emailing us at support@proxnums.com. Please note that we only accept refund requests through this designated email address. We do not entertain refund requests through other means of communication to ensure proper documentation and processing.
Refund Considerations
While we strive to accommodate refund requests, we reserve the right to deny refunds if the reasons provided do not meet our threshold for eligibility. We assess each request on a case-by-case basis and prioritize fairness and transparency in our decision-making process.
